Responsibilites

1. Conducting groundwork for site inspection (i.e. identifying the location of subject property, gathering sales evidence and duplicating relevant plans and documents for reference).

2. Responsible for planning, operations, supervision and business development in the office.

3. Data indication, field inspections, liaison with clients, compilation and analysis of data are tasks to be carried out accordingly.

4. Prepare Valuation Report with supervision from Valuation Manager.

5. Handle inquires from banks, solicitors and any individual parties vested in the area of valuation.
Professional and Academic Background
-
1. At least 3 years working experience in valuation department.
-
2. Must be familiar with Selangor property market.
-
3. Possess a Degree / Diploma with a focus on Valuation.
-
4. Mature, initiative, self-motivated and able to work independently.
-
5. Excellent communication and people skills with a positive attitude.
-
6. Good command of English, Chinese and Bahasa Malaysia.

7. Possess own transportation.
