Responsibilites

  • 1. Oversee the overall valuation functions of the company.
  • 2. Lead the operations of the valuation department, improve service delivery to the clients.
  • 3. Responsible for planning, operations, supervision and business development in the office.
  • 4. Participate in the procurement, development and day-to-day management of clients.
  • 5. Maintain a sound working knowledge of local sales market and updates sales database.
  • 6. Data indication, field inspections, liaison with clients, compilation and analysis of data are tasks to be carried out accordingly.
  • 7. Prepare Valuation Report with supervision from superior from time to time.
  • 8. Handle inquires from banks, solicitors and any individual parties vested in the area of valuation.
