Building Cum Admin Executive

Responsibilites

  • 1. Scheduling regular property preventive maintenance services
  • 2. Inspecting the property frequently for signs of damage or wear& tear
  • 3. Sourcing for contractors as needed to maintain, repair, or improve the property
  • 4. Contracting professionals for repairs as needed
  • 5. Preparing and monitoring annual budgets
  • 6. Resolving complaints, problems, and requests from building occupants
  • 7. Ensuring that occupants are satisfied with the level of management
  • 8. Liaising and attending meetings with management committees
  • 9. Preparing minutes of meeting and monthly operational reports
  • 10. Maintaining of up-to-date management account

Professional and Academic Background

  • 1. Degree in Property Management or equivalent
  • 2. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • 3. Mature, initiative, self-motivated and able to work independently
  • 4. Strong leadership skills with critical thinking and results oriented behavior.
  • 5. Good interpersonal skill and customer service experience
  • 6. Computer literate with strong written and oral communication skills
  • 7. Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia
