Liaising and attending meetings with management committees

Preparing minutes of meeting and monthly operational reports

Maintaining of up-to-date management account
-
Scheduling regular property maintenance services
-
Inspecting the property frequently for signs of damage or wear
-
Sourcing for contractors as needed to maintain, repair, or improve the property
-
Contracting professionals for repairs as needed
-
Preparing and monitoring annual budgets
-
Resolving complaints, problems, and requests from building occupants
-
Ensuring that occupants are satisfied with the level of management
Professional and Academic Background
-
Minimum 2 years’ experience in managing residential property
-
Degree in Property Management or equivalent
-
Mature, initiative, self-motivated and able to work independently
-
Strong leadership skills with critical thinking and results oriented behaviour
-
Good interpersonal skill and customer service experience
-
Computer literate with strong written and oral communication skills
-
Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia
