  • Liaising and attending meetings with management committees
  • Preparing minutes of meeting and monthly operational reports
  • Maintaining of up-to-date management account
  • Scheduling regular property maintenance services
  • Inspecting the property frequently for signs of damage or wear
  • Sourcing for contractors as needed to maintain, repair, or improve the property
  • Contracting professionals for repairs as needed
  • Preparing and monitoring annual budgets
  • Resolving complaints, problems, and requests from building occupants
  • Ensuring that occupants are satisfied with the level of management

Professional and Academic Background

  • Minimum one year experience in managing residential property
  • Degree in Property Management or equivalent
  • Mature, initiative, self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Strong leadership skills with critical thinking and results oriented behaviour.
  • Good interpersonal skill and customer service experience
  • Computer literate with strong written and oral communication skills
  • Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Working Hours:
  • Monday - Friday : 9.00am - 5.00pm
  • Saturday: 9.00am - 1.00pm
